Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill while you mix the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Averna Amaro, 1 oz of fresh orange juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
