Preparing the Base
Mixing the Chocolate and Peppermint
In a medium-sized glass, combine 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon of peppermint syrup. Stir well until both syrups are fully blended.
Adding the Cola
Slowly pour in 1 cup of cola over the chocolate and peppermint mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring that the carbonation remains intact.
Preparing the Toppings
Whipping the Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. This will take about 3-5 minutes.
Assembling the Drink
Spoon the whipped heavy cream on top of the cola mixture. Finish by adding 1 cup of whipped cream on top of the heavy cream. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of crushed peppermint candies over the top for decoration.
