Prepare the Arugula
Rinse the arugula under cold water to remove any dirt. Drain well and pat dry using paper towels.

Assemble the Salad
In a large serving bowl, add the prepared arugula. Evenly distribute the shaved Parmigiano Reggiano on top of the arugula.

Make the Lemon Honey Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil until fully combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve
Drizzle the lemon honey dressing over the salad just before serving, or serve it on the side for guests to add as desired.
