Prepare Fries
- 1
Cut Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) for even frying.

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry them for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt immediately while hot.
