Preparing the Fries

Preheat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

Fry the French Fries
Add the frozen French fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot.
Assembling the Sandwich

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Toast the Bread
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Assemble the Club Sandwich
On one slice of toasted bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, roast beef, crispy bacon, and tomato slices. Top with a second slice of toast, spread with another tablespoon of mayonnaise, and repeat the layering process. Finally, place the third slice of toast on top.

Cut the sandwich into quarters for easy handling and serve alongside the crispy fries.
