Preparation
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let cool before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Ingredients
While the chicken is grilling, rinse and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Grate the Romano cheese using a cheese grater.
Assembly
- 3
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla. Place 1/2 cup of grilled chicken slices in the center, followed by 1/2 cup of chopped romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup of grated Romano cheese, and 1/4 cup of croutons.
- 4
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the ingredients are enclosed. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Serving

Serve
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
