Fries

Prepare Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips.

Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Cole Slaw

Prepare Vegetables
Thinly slice the green cabbage and grate the carrots.

Make Dressing
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Combine Ingredients
Add the sliced cabbage and grated carrots to the dressing and toss until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tartar Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, lemon juice, capers, and Dijon mustard.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Bread Seafood
Coat each scallop, haddock fillet, and clam strip in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry Seafood
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry each piece of breaded seafood until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve the seafood hot with lemon wedges on the side.
