Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oysters

Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a plate filled with crushed ice to keep them cold.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

Boil the shrimp in salted water for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and chill in ice water. Peel and devein the shrimp before serving.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Lobster Tail

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the center, making sure not to cut the meat. Boil the lobster tail in salted water for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove from water, cool, and gently pull the meat out of the shell.

  4. 4

    Prepare Tuna Tartare

Dice the tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, mix with a little soy sauce, cilantro, and wasabi to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Seafood Tower

On a large platter or tiered serving dish, arrange the oysters, shrimp, lobster meat, and lump crab meat artistically. Add the seaweed salad in a small bowl on the side.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish the plate with lemon wedges and additional cilantro. Serve immediately, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh seafood with the soy sauce and wasabi.
