Main Ingredient

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into strips. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, place one salmon fillet on each plate and arrange the grilled vegetables alongside. Serve immediately.
