Cooking the Chicken

Sear the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
Making the Parmesan Cream Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add fresh herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve
Slice the chicken and serve on a plate with a generous portion of white cheddar mash, topped with the parmesan cream sauce. Add the lemon parmesan broccolini on the side.
