Brunch Directions

1

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Cook the Spinach

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes to the egg mixture. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until evenly distributed.

4

Cook the Frittata

Pour the egg mixture back into the skillet and cook on medium-low heat until the edges begin to set, about 5-7 minutes. Preheat your oven broiler.

5

Broil the Frittata

Once the edges are set, transfer the skillet to the broiler and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and set.

6

Prepare the Baguette

While the frittata is broiling, slice the baguette and toast it lightly in a separate skillet with butter on medium heat until golden brown.

7

Serve

Remove the frittata from the oven, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and slice into wedges. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
