Wings and Dips
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Make the Garlic Parmesan Dry Rub
In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Toss this mixture with the chicken wings until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Coating
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them with the grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated.
- 5
Make the Dipping Sauce
To make the Spicy Hoisin Dip, mix hoisin sauce with minced garlic in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wings hot with the Spicy Hoisin Dip, garlic ranch dressing, and celery sticks on the side.
