Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the grilled chicken, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- 2
Cook the Gnocchi
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bell peppers and onion, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low. Add the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
