Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties about 1 inch thick.
Cook the Patties
Prepare the Toppings and Sauce

Slice the Tomato
While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Prepare the House Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
Optionally, toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

Spread house sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty, sliced tomato, and finally the top half of the bun.
