Method

Tea Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Steep Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes for a strong flavor.

  3. 3

    Strain Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a pitcher or another container, discarding the tea leaves.

  4. 4

    Sweeten Tea

Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar into the hot tea until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Assemble Drink

  1. 5

    Prepare Glass

Fill a glass with 2 cups of ice cubes.

  2. 6

    Pour Tea

Pour the sweetened tea over the ice until the glass is nearly full.

  3. 7

    Add Cream

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk. Stir well until combined.

  4. 8

    Finish Drink

Pour the milk mixture over the iced tea. Stir gently to combine before serving.
