Set Up Breading Station
Set up three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
