Preparation of Sorbet

Prepare the Mangoes
Peel and chop the ripe mangoes. Measure out 4 cups of chopped mango and place them in a blender.

Blend the Mixture
Add 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, and 1 cup of water to the blender with the mangoes. Blend until completely smooth.

Freeze the Mixture
Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container. Spread it evenly and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
Serving the Sorbet

Scoop the Sorbet
Once the sorbet is frozen solid, use a scoop or a spoon to break it up and scoop it into serving bowls.

Wash and chop your choice of fresh fruits, such as berries, kiwi, or banana, and set aside.
