Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Cooking Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and slice the bell peppers and zucchini into strips. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate. Optionally, drizzle with more lemon juice before serving.
