Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi-grade Ahi tuna into small, bite-sized cubes. Aim for approximately 1/2-inch pieces for the best texture.

Rinse the scallions thoroughly. Slice the green tops and white bulbs thinly, keeping them separate for garnish.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combine Tuna, Avocado, and Scallions
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced Ahi tuna, avocado pieces, and chopped scallions.
