Cake Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Beat Eggs and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Vanilla
Stir in the vanilla extract until evenly distributed.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool the Cake
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare the Milk Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Whisk until well blended.

Prepare Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

Top the Cake
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the soaked cake. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with fresh fruit.
