Marinating the Seafood

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shrimp and scallops to the marinade. Make sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
