Method
Prepare Hibiscus Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add Hibiscus Flowers
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Stir gently.

Steep
Cover the saucepan and let the hibiscus flowers steep for about 15-20 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the flowers.

Sweeten (Optional)
If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar while the tea is still warm to dissolve completely.

Cool
Let the hibiscus tea cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.
Mint Infusion

Prepare Mint
In a separate bowl, gently muddle 1 cup of fresh mint leaves using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
Combine Ingredients

Mix Tea and Mint
Once the hibiscus tea is chilled, combine it with the muddled mint in a large pitcher.

Add Sparkling Water
Pour in 2 cups of sparkling water to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
