Prepare Ice Cream Balls

Scoop Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop, take out 4 scoops of ice cream and place them on a tray. Return the tray to the freezer to harden for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Bread
While the ice cream hardens, remove the crusts from the pan de miga (white bread) slices. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
Wrap Ice Cream

Wrap the Ice Cream
Once the ice cream is hard, take a scoop and place it in the center of a flattened slice of pan de miga. Fold the edges of the bread over the ice cream to completely enclose it. Repeat with all scoops.

Freeze Wrapped Balls
Place the wrapped ice cream balls back in the freezer for at least 1 hour to ensure they are firm.
Prepare Breading Mixture

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a shallow dish, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Prepare Breadcrumbs
Place breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
Fry Ice Cream

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Ice Cream
Carefully place the breaded ice cream balls in the hot oil. Fry for about 30-40 seconds or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve

Garnish and Serve
Place the fried ice cream on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
