Chicken Wings

Mango Habanero Sauce

Buffalo Sauce

Honey BBQ Sauce

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Mango Habanero Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine the mango puree, finely chopped habanero pepper, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

  2. 4

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In another small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar. Stir until well mixed and heated through. Remove from heat.

  3. 5

    Make the Honey BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Serving

  1. 6

    Toss and Serve

Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl. For mango habanero, toss with the mango habanero sauce. For buffalo style, toss with the buffalo sauce. For honey BBQ, toss with the honey BBQ sauce. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.
