Marinating the Pork

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, white vinegar, dried oregano, ground cumin, chili powder, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and minced chipotle peppers. Stir until well mixed.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for enhanced flavor.
