Method
Juicing
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water. Cut the oranges, grapefruit, and tomatoes in half. Core the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 2
Juicing Process
Using a juicer, start by juicing the cranberries first, as they are small and will help to extract juice from the other fruits. Next, juice the oranges, followed by the apples, grapefruit, and tomatoes. Make sure to collect all the juice in a large container.
- 3
Mix the Juice
Once all the fruits have been juiced, stir the mixture in the container to ensure an even blend of flavors. Taste the juice and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more apples or oranges, if desired.
- 4
Serve
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately over ice if desired. Enjoy your fresh juice!
