Prepare the Turkey Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the turkey mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick.

Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty to melt.

Toast the Ciabatta Rolls
Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown.

Assemble the Burgers
On the bottom half of each ciabatta roll, place the turkey patty topped with melted cheese and sautéed green bell peppers. Top with the other half of the roll.
