Prepare the Goat Meat
In a large pot, add the goat meat with enough water to cover it. Season with salt and cook until tender (about 45 minutes).

Cook the Spinach
In another pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat. Add the cooked goat meat with some of its broth, then stir in the Akadi mild spice blend.

Add the Smoked Fish
Gently flake the smoked fish and add it to the pot. Stir well to combine the flavors.

Incorporate the Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until wilted. Adjust the salt to taste.

Serve
Serve the Épinard Goat hot with rice or fufu on the side.
