Prepare the Fish
Clean the fish thoroughly and season with salt and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the fish and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Attieke
Steam the attieke in a steamer basket or a pot for about 10-15 minutes until heated through. Fluff with a fork and season lightly with salt.

Serve
On a plate, serve a portion of attieke, topped with the fried fish. Add the onion tomato shishito relish on the side, drizzle with Akadi sauce, and serve with hot chilis for extra spice.
