Prepare the Clams
Rinse the clams under cold water to remove any sand or grit. Set aside in a bowl of fresh water while you prepare the other ingredients.

Add the Wine and Clams
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the clams to the pot, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams have opened.

Season and Garnish
Once the clams are cooked, add the cilantro, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

Serve
Transfer the clams to a serving dish, pour the broth over them, and garnish with additional cilantro. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
