Grilling Instructions
1. Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
2. Grill the Sausages
Place the chouriço, alheira, and morcela sausages on the grill. Grill each sausage for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
3. Check for Doneness
The sausages are done when they are nicely browned and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) for chouriço and alheira. Morcela can be served at a lower temperature due to its ingredients.
