Grilling Instructions

1

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

2

Grill the Sausages

Place the chouriço, alheira, and morcela sausages on the grill. Grill each sausage for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

3

Check for Doneness

The sausages are done when they are nicely browned and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) for chouriço and alheira. Morcela can be served at a lower temperature due to its ingredients.

4

Rest and Serve

Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with crusty bread and mustard, if desired.
