Meats and Marinades
Method
Grilling Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Meats
Add chicken breasts, pork chops, and beef steaks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. You can also use a grill pan on the stovetop if you prefer.
- 4
Grill the Meats
Remove the meats from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side, and beef steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust the time according to your desired doneness.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
