Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Making Process

1

Harvesting Grapes

Harvest ripe Malbec grapes from the vineyard.

2

Crushing and Destemming

Remove stems and crush the grapes to release the juice.

3

Fermentation

Add water and sugar to the crushed grapes. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and stir gently. Cover with a cloth and let it ferment for about 7-10 days at room temperature.

4

Pressing

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid (must) from the solids (pomace).

5

Aging

Transfer the wine to a clean container. If desired, add oak chips for additional flavor. Let it age for at least 6 months in a cool, dark place.

6

Bottling

Once aged, bottle the wine and seal it. Let it rest for a couple of months before tasting.
