Method

Hummus

    Prepare the Hummus

    In a food processor, blend the canned chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water until smooth. Adjust the water for desired consistency.

Muhammara

    Prepare the Muhammara

    In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Baba Ganoush

    Prepare the Baba Ganoush

    Roast the eggplant until tender. Allow it to cool, then scoop the flesh into a food processor. Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Blend until smooth.

Labneh

    Prepare the Labneh

    Combine the plain yogurt and salt in a bowl. Line a sieve with cheesecloth, pour the mixture in, and let it drain in the fridge for about 24 hours. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Za'atar Pita

    Prepare the Za'atar Pita

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
