Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine and Serve

  1. 3

    Mix Everything Together

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 4

    Serve

Transfer the Pasta Primavera to a serving dish. Enjoy warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
