Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2. Sear the Pork Chops

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced carrots and green beans. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside with the pork chops.

4. Make the Bourbon Sauce

In the same skillet, add bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Combine and Serve

Return the pork chops and vegetables to the skillet, coating them in the bourbon sauce. Add butter and stir until melted. Serve hot.
