In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bucatini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in the diced Roma tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened.

Incorporate Lobster and Sage
Add the chopped lobster meat and fresh sage to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
