Cook the Bacon
In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into pieces.

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Cook the Frittata
Pour the mixture back into the skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is fully set.

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
