Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pickled Shallots

Slice the shallots thinly and place them in a bowl. Cover with a mixture of equal parts vinegar and water, add a pinch of salt, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Form the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 12 equal-sized patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Parker House Rolls

While the patties are cooking, warm the Parker House rolls in the oven until soft and slightly golden.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Spread a generous amount of black truffle aioli on the bottom half of each roll. Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by pickled shallots. Top with the other half of the roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm, with additional black truffle aioli on the side for dipping if desired.
