Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they soften and release their juices.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the tomato and garlic mixture. Toss well to combine.

  5. 5

    Finish with Basil and Seasoning

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh basil. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh basil if desired.
