    Cook the Pasta

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    While the pasta is cooking, chop the zucchini, yellow squash, and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and drain the artichoke hearts.

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini, yellow squash, and broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

    Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
