1. Prepare the Shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.
2. Ice Bath
Immediately transfer the cooked shrimp to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for a few minutes.
3. Serve
Remove the shrimp from the ice bath, pat dry with a paper towel, and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce mixed with Atomic horseradish and lemon wedges on the side.
