Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cooking the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Angus beef or turkey patty for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Preparing the Bun

While the patty is cooking, lightly toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Sautéing Mushrooms

In a separate pan, sauté the mushrooms over medium heat until they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assembling the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Layer with lettuce, raw onion slices, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato slices.

  5. 5

    Adding Cheese

Top the burger with your choice of cheese and place the top half of the brioche bun on the burger.

  6. 6

    Serving

Serve immediately with your choice of sides such as fries or a salad.
