Hummus Preparation

Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine canned chickpeas, tahini, fresh lemon juice, garlic, ground cumin, olive oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

Adjust Consistency
If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired consistency.

Serve
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika.

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Add the activated yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Let Dough Rise
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into small rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
