Method

Preparation of Frozen Greek Yogurt

  1. 1

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

  2. 2

    Chill the Mixture

Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. This step helps to enhance the flavors.

  3. 3

    Freeze the Yogurt

After chilling, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.

  4. 4

Manual Freezing (if no ice cream maker)

If using a shallow dish, stir the mixture every 30 minutes until it is fully frozen (about 3-4 hours).
