Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Make Strawberry Butter

In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, mashed strawberries, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook Sausage Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Cook Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook sunny side up for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set and yolks remain runny.

  4. 4

    Toast Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sunny Side Stack

Spread a generous amount of strawberry butter on each slice of toasted bread. Stack two sunny side up eggs on top of each slice, followed by a sausage patty. Add any additional fruit for garnish if desired.
