Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan, continuing to stir until melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.

Add Optional Mix-ins
If desired, mix in crumbled bacon and chopped spinach for added flavor and texture.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac & cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top and drizzle with truffle oil.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your signature mac & cheese!
