Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Meats
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Add the bacon and Italian sausage, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Remove excess grease.
- 2
Add Collard Greens
Stir in the chopped collard greens, cooking until they are wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Combine with Cheese Sauce
Pour in the cheese sauce and stir until everything is well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 4
Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- 5
Prepare Naan Toast Points
While the dip is baking, cut the naan bread into triangles. Toast them in a skillet or oven until crispy.
- 6
Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with the crispy naan toast points.
