Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cheesecake Mousse
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- 2
Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and smooth.
- 3
Prepare the Sugar Cookie Crumbles
Crush the Otis Spunkmeyer sugar cookies into small crumbles. You can do this by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin or your hands.
- 4
Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. You can leave them whole or cut them into quarters, depending on your preference.
- 5
Assemble the Deconstructed Cheesecake
In serving dishes, layer the whipped cheesecake mousse, followed by a generous sprinkle of sugar cookie crumbles, and finish with a layer of fresh strawberries. Repeat the layers if desired.
- 6
Serve
Chill the assembled deconstructed cheesecake for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
