Bake the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let cool.

While the croutons are baking, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Roast the Tomatoes
Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they are blistered and soft. Remove from oven and set aside.

Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, roasted tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine.
